Echo Show 8 - Brilliant
The Echo show 8 is definitely now my favourite, it's the perfect screen display size in my opinion and has that physical camera blocker. I use my Echo Show 5 as a bedroom clock that still gives me access to all my security camera feeds and all my smart Alexa enabled devices should anything go bump in the night. The Echo Show 8 I can move around the house as its size makes it really portable. The built-in speakers make for really good quality audio much better than the 5 and plenty loud enough as a standalone performer. The 8 also seems much better at listening and performing to given actions and inquiries. I very highly recommend the Echo Show 8 it's much more than just a Five Star.
Great sound, ideal for kitchen
Love the Show 8, great sound, nice size display ideal for viewing stuff in kitchen.. as others have said the software needs work, you have to bare in mind this isn't a tablet with a speaker its a smart speaker with a display, you can do many things with it. Ideal for viewing recipes, prime videos, music, viewing cctv, youtube...
