The Power Card allows you to 'flex' a card and change its color if it has a green 'check'; a red 'X' means they have to wait. The Draw Two Flex Card forces other players to draw a card; the Draw 4 Flex Card allows you to choose which player must draw 4 cards. The Flex All Draw Wild Card forces the other players to draw 2 cards, and the Flex Skip Round Card makes EVERYONE skip their turn.
