Super easy and accurate
Brilliant scales I bought the fitness tracker and then got this as an add on it's amazing very accurate syncs with my Google fit account and gives me a body score as well as hydration levels and bone density etc.
Easy to use and helpful
I've been using the Mi Fit app together with my Mi Band (different versions) for years and when I decided to buy a MI smart scale, so that I can use only 1 app to track everything, so I have not researched for other smart scales on the market.
The device is simplistic and elegant and easy to use, the instructions were also clear, so I would assume that even people that have never used the Mi Fit app would not have difficulties using it. Once registered your account and added your device to the app, you just open the app on your phone and step on the scales to activate it and the measurement starts - no brainer.
If you step on the device barefoot you will get your Body scope: BMI index, Body fat %, Water percentage, Protein %, Basal metabolism, Visceral fat, Muscle and bone mass and Body Age (which I found particularly fascinating, since it very correctly reflects your life style). It will also give you advise for your ideal weight, which also looks pretty reasonable. From pure weight measurement perspective, I looks accurate compared to the other scale I have at home.
Overall verdict from side is: definitely recommend, especially if you already have another MI device and are using the Mi Fit app it will be an absolute no brainer to setup and use it.
Another Xiaomi purchase
Big fan of Xiaomi. Integrates with MiFit really well. I've synced my MiFit to GoogleFit so that I can link it to My Fitness Pal to track calories. A bit cumbersome, but seems to work (can't link directly between the two). Also, the scales have options for kgs or lbs, no option for stone and lbs. Since I link it with MiFit, I'm used to this and it's no big deal for me. Looks stylish and futuristic.
