Payment methods
The payment methods displayed at checkout are the methods currently available for that order. Depending on the Products and delivery method, these may include Stripe card payments, supported Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet payments, bank transfer, Cash on Delivery, Pay at Pickup and Maltazon Gift Card value.
Cryptocurrency is not currently advertised as available. Maltazon does not accept cheques and does not offer ordinary 30-day B2B credit.
Cards and wallets
Orders paid by card or supported wallet are processed and stock is reserved only after payment is successfully received or confirmed. Failed, cancelled or unconfirmed payments do not reserve stock.
Bank transfer
Bank transfer is available for any order amount; there is no €500 minimum. Stock is reserved when the order is placed. Payment is due within 3 calendar days. If reasonable proof of initiation is provided, Maltazon waits up to 7 calendar days for funds to arrive. Proof is not receipt of funds.
Cash on Delivery and Pay at Pickup
These methods are offered only for all-NOW carts and compatible delivery or pickup methods. They have no additional fee. COD is paid in cash to the courier, who can provide change. Pay at Pickup orders are held for 3 working days and can be paid by cash or card at Mriehel Business HUB.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from issue, allow partial use and may be combined with a promotional voucher unless a specific campaign says otherwise. One Gift Card may be used per order. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
