Returns, refunds and defective Products
Consumers normally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from an eligible online purchase. QUICK status does not by itself remove this right. You may use the online withdrawal function, including for a guest order.
For an ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal, the Consumer bears the direct return cost where this was properly disclosed and the law permits. Opening packaging does not automatically remove the right; handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the Product may cause a lawful diminished-value deduction.
A defective or non-conforming Consumer Product is handled under the separate statutory legal guarantee. Valid conformity remedies are free of charge, including necessary return transport. RMA is an administrative process and does not shorten statutory rights.
