Marketplace Seller Policy
Status: Maltazon’s marketplace architecture is retained for possible future use, but no third-party seller Products are currently offered. This page is not an invitation to start selling and does not activate a Seller account or marketplace agreement.
Before marketplace sales are reactivated, Malta System LTD and each Seller must enter a current written Seller agreement covering identity checks, seller-of-record disclosure, product compliance, VAT and invoicing, payments, fulfilment, withdrawals, conformity remedies, refunds, recalls, data protection and platform responsibilities.
Any future marketplace Product page and checkout must clearly identify the actual Seller and contracting party before purchase. A Seller must provide Consumers with all mandatory Maltese and EU rights. In particular, used or refurbished status does not by itself justify an undisclosed reduction of statutory protection, and a manufacturer warranty does not replace the Seller’s legal responsibility.
Until the marketplace is formally reactivated after legal and checkout review, Products not expressly identified as third-party marketplace Products are sold by Malta System LTD under the Maltazon Terms & Conditions.
