The canonical rules for purchases from Maltazon are the current Terms & Conditions. They cover NOW and QUICK Products, prices and VAT, order formation, payments, Malta and Gozo delivery, Pickup, withdrawal, returns, refunds and warranties.
Unless a Product page and checkout clearly identify an independent third-party marketplace seller before purchase, the seller is Malta System LTD. No current Product should be treated as a marketplace Product merely because historic marketplace functionality exists.
