Consumer right of withdrawal
A Consumer may withdraw from an eligible distance contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days. For goods, the period normally begins when the Consumer or a nominated third party other than the carrier takes physical possession.
QUICK classification, supplier sourcing and Product price do not by themselves exclude withdrawal. Statutory exceptions depend on the actual Product and transaction.
Use the online withdrawal function to submit an unambiguous declaration. It works for registered and guest orders and provides an immediate acknowledgement on a durable medium. You may also email info@maltazon.com.
Return goods within 14 calendar days after notifying Maltazon, using the instructions provided. For ordinary change of mind, the Consumer bears the direct return cost where lawfully disclosed. Maltazon refunds within the statutory timeframe and may withhold a goods refund until it receives the goods or evidence of return.
